      It feels like pets has been announced for a while! Well according to my memory I saw that there are going to be more chats next week on the official site, so you might want to stay tuned. Also I have made some overall changes to this site which may change when the next EP comes or is announced. If you noticed this entire new site theme was made in February and On the top banner and bottom banner the pictures were of Open For Business and that's because it was announced and there were official pictures of the game. Soon later in March it was released and stayed the same, but now the next EP was announced so the site did too with a small pet change. So the top and bottom banners changed, the month on the left changed to a pets picture with the paw print, and if you look closely on this page, on this news page background you can see some little paw prints, just to add a small feel. Also I am currently working on the other versions of The Sims 2 Pets pages and you can see what it will look like for each by clicking on about and then just click on Easter Pack, it is sort off hidden so that users won't go there as much but to get a look go there. That is it for now, I'll update when I get more stuff finished. Also I have re-arranged the entire site a bit, so there is no scrolling left or right, and the text is updated in Downloads, Expansions, and Packs.

      Ok it has been a while since The Sims 2 Pets was officially announced. There some of a lot of screens and so on. I've gathered many official screens that are not on Thesims2.com so you should take a look at that, I also posted artwork/renders, the logo, and boxarts! Enjoy!       Today is the BIG day! Finally the moment we've all been waiting for. Well at 9am PCT and 12 noon EST the new expansion packs will be announced and possibly the new games for the consoles and so on if they will be available. We'll all get to see all of the new things in each game that we've never seen before so you must go keep on checking the site! Depending on what Time Zone you are in:) Well thank you for those who have downloaded the Summer Life Pack and thank you very much for those who donated:) You are greatly appreciated and generous! Thank you so much! Well also TS2M (or The Sims 2 Minisite ) once again has the pack on their site! Go check the site out here and have fun since there are tons of great stuff at the site! Also the site The Sims Area Productions has respectfully made a wonderful video for the Sim Music Artist, Lorsa with Pop Orange. I'll try to post that soon also. Well that is it and after I get a taste of all the stuff on the official site, then I'll post it here!       It is Summer Time and a great day today! So do you know what that means? Well now the long working and waiting pack is released! Get ready and download the pack now and have fun with the rest of the Mini-Site. You'll enjoy the variation in the pack and the look of it! (Hopefully ;) ) I hope you will be happy with the pack and do enjoy it. You can get it either here or just click on the picture to get to the site. I really have nothing else to say, so I just hope you like it. Feedback will be appreciated so start downloading today! The pack with music is about 61MB, but without it , it is only about 26 MB so I would prefer the second one. You could always download the music separately also. Read the instructions once again on the download page to see how to install. It is very simple to install along with the instructions which are easier to understand than the Easter Pack's. Well this site can be down because of bandwidth. In a way I want it down because I know people will be downloading it, but I want it up so people can download it. Special thanks to everyone at SimPE, Mod The Sims 2 (MTS2) , Maxis/EA Games, Visitors, family, and anyone I didn't mention :)

      Once again it has been some time since my last update but you'll like this one! Well I have moved the release date for Summer Life! So while you wait for an official pets announcement on the 27th you can have the Summer Life pack already in your game! That's right! Tomorrow July 24, 2006, the Summer Life Pack will be released. So bookmark the site or bookmark here! That is where the Summer Life mini-site will be with a lot of stuff you can look at either before or after you download the pack. There will be objects that you can click on to see other re-colors and descriptions, walls, floors, clothes, music, and more. You'll get a real big taste of exactly what will be in the pack! As soon as I wake up and go on my computer the pack will be posted! With the Easter Pack there were 198 files (excluding music), but with the Summer Life pack there will be 463 files (excluding music), which is more than double! So in my opinion the Summer Life Pack will be bigger and better! It is up to you to download the Summer Life pack and to see if it was more or less of a success than the Easter Pack. Note this site may be down tomorrow and possibly the next day because of high bandwidth! I am really excited and can't wait!

      It has been so long since my last update, so here I am giving you some news. I've been working on a new Summer Life Site, stuff for the pack, and so much more to make it perfect for when it will be released on July 31st. So hold on, it is coming really soon! Ok recently the new Glamour Life Stuff was announced on the official Sims 2 site, but many of us knew about it before. I've created a mini site for the Glamour Life Stuff so you can view all the screenshots, videos, and more. You can check that out here. According to the German Sims 2 site it will be released on the 31st of August. Also on the official site there was a little paw print in the news with text stating, "Return in a couple of weeks for more great announcements!" So now we can definitely see that it will be pets and will be announced soon in a couple of weeks. (Most likely around when the Summer Life Pack will be released) Also on the official site 2 new sections or threads (whatever you would like to call them) on the Forum(BBS) there are two new sections. One is for Glamour and one for Pets but for pets it is called Official Pawprint Threads which hopefully will change soon. (Note I have posted other news for today below.)

      A couple of new Affiliates or fansites reach their way to Simfantastic 2. My brother has a new site called Fresh-Prince Creations so if you want just go ahead and check out the site here. I made the layout / theme, and host the forum, but the rest of the site is wonderful. Also the great site The Sims 2 Website (TS2W) has changed their theme and it looks better with great content. So you definitely should also take a look there also by clicking here. Lastly my new affiliate, Daily Sims, has some exclusive information on the Summer Life Pack that is not on this site and will be posting an article about it soon.       On Tuesday the 11th MaxoidMoonBelly created new Summer clothes for the Sims on the official site. They were based on the summer of course, and also she used the familiar bunny that is seen in a lot of places in The Sims 2.

      There could be something new this week on the official The Sims 2 site but not related as Pets or any other new products from Maxis. On July 8th, 2006 there was a thread on the BBS about there not being updates on the site. Well apparently a Maxoid replied to that thread. MaxoidDrea said that she would try and get stuff for next week while we wait for an announcement for the next expansion pack. She also said that the Maxoids are not always the ones that are in charge for announcements. Here is her first post:

      Once again here is another update for The Sims 2 Summer Life Pack. It is a quick about 1 minute trailer that actually has video footage! (Unlike the other one ;) ) Well I hope you enjoy this video as much as I enjoyed making it. I couldn't find the best music but the song I choose was pretty good. You can see the video with QuickTime (.mp4) Windows Media Player (.wmv) or in Simfantastic 2's Media Manager which is Macromedia Flash. Also I recently found a cover for The Sims 2 Pets for PS2, it is small but looks pretty good. I've posted on the BBS if you want to reply there. (Note it was deleted since it was considered a EP thread which was not officially announced)

      Ok, here's as promised from the last news post I made. They are just screens of the same room (only 2) for The Sims 2 Summer Life Pack (Made by Me / Simfantastic 2) Also the other pictures are just screens for the Glamour Life Pack. Enjoy.       You might have been wondering what I've been doing the past days and so on. Well lets just say that I'm putting a lot of work in to finish up Summer Life Pack. I am working on it so much that I am so stressed out from it:) but that's ok. Well so far I'll just say that that in the Summer Life Pack there will be over 125 wallpapers, over 80 floors, new outfits, new music, and other cool stuff, and those numbers may increase too! So hold on and this pack will be ready to download at the end of July near the 30th. So it is coming. I'll see if I can post some screens and the pack / box art tomorrow of the Summer Life pack. Also on the official EA Thailand Site there are screens for the new The Sims 2 Glamour Life Stuff which is a new stuff pack that will be most likely be released the end of August. I'll post those screens too. They look pretty neat. I'm sure we'll get new information and media next week since Saturdays and Sundays are non working days for EA Games / Maxis on the internet.
